About CoinManagerPro
CoinManagerPro is inventory management software for coin dealers and auction houses. It takes a coin from intake to sale: cert lookup, cataloging, pricing, listing, and the paperwork after the sale.
What it does
- Look up PCGS and NGC certs, one at a time or in bulk.
- Write lot titles and descriptions, and estimate values from past auction records.
- Track cost basis per coin, including grading, imaging, and platform fees.
- List coins on eBay, and export lot files for HiBid and LiveAuctioneers.
- Record sales from a forwarded results email or an uploaded report.
- Produce invoices, consignor settlement statements, and a QuickBooks export.
Who it is for
