Revalue your coin inventory in bulk or on a schedule.
Select up to 500 coins and value them in one run. Or set a schedule, and CoinManagerPro values the coins in stock again every 30, 60, or 90 days. Each run lists every coin with its value before and its new estimate.
A coin in a run costs 8 credits. A single coin valued on its page costs 15.
A scheduled revaluation run in CoinManagerPro. 214 of 214 coins were valued and each coin's value was set to its new estimate. The list shows each coin with its value before the run and its new estimate, such as an 1881-S Morgan dollar, PCGS MS65, from $310 to $295.
What bulk revaluation does
Each estimate comes from the same AI valuation you run on one coin: PCGS data, recorded sales, and metal prices.
Value many coins at once
Select coins in the coin list and choose Value. A run takes up to 500 coins.
Revalue on a schedule
Pick every 30, 60, or 90 days. Each day, CoinManagerPro values up to 100 coins in stock whose last valuation is older than that.
Set values, or keep estimates only
A run can set each coin's value to its new estimate. Turn that off to review the estimates first and apply them one at a time.
See what changed
Open a run to see each coin's value before the run, its new estimate, and whether the run set the value.
Price history for every change
When a run sets a value, the change goes into the coin's price history with the reason.
Limits for your team
Starting a run needs the "Edit coins" permission. A member with a discount limit can value coins but cannot let a run change asking prices.
Start runs from a workflow
A workflow step can value coins. More than 10 coins start a run in the background.
Price alerts after each run
When a run ends, CoinManagerPro checks for coins whose estimate is far from their value or asking price.
How a revaluation run works
01
Pick the coins or set a schedule
Select coins in the coin list, or turn on the schedule in Valuation rules.
02
CoinManagerPro values them in the background
The coins go out in one batch. Results usually arrive within an hour. You can close the window while it runs.
03
Credits are used per coin valued
A coin is charged only when its estimate comes back. When credits run out, the run stops and lists the coins it skipped.
04
Review the run
Pricing analysis lists your runs. Open one to see each coin's value before, its estimate, and its status.
Questions about bulk revaluation
How many coins can I revalue at once?
Up to 500 coins in one run. A scheduled revaluation values up to 100 coins a day.
What does a revaluation cost?
Each coin in a run costs 8 credits, charged only when its estimate comes back. A schedule uses up to 800 credits a day. A single coin valued from its page costs 15 credits.
Will a run change my prices without asking?
Only if you turn it on. A run started from the coin list asks whether to set each coin's value. A schedule sets values only when Update values automatically is on.
Which coins does a schedule revalue?
Coins in stock whose last valuation is older than the schedule, or that were never valued. Sold and deleted coins are left out.
What happens when I run out of credits?
The run values the coins you have credits for and stops. The run shows as Stopped, and each skipped coin shows Out of credits.
