See what your coins earn on eBay.

CoinManagerPro takes the sale price of each marketplace order, subtracts the coin's cost and the marketplace fee, and shows the margin. It also shows how many of your listings sold and how long they took.

The Walmart Marketplace connection is not open to dealers yet. Walmart figures show here when it opens.

The Marketplace performance page in CoinManagerPro for the last 90 days on eBay: 38 orders, 41 coins sold, $18,640 of revenue, $2,470 of fees, $11,920 of coin cost and $4,250 of margin. 37 of 96 published listings sold, a sell-through of 39%, in 18.4 days on average. Below, the sales by category, with Morgan dollars first.

What the performance page shows

The figures come from the orders CoinManagerPro imports and the cost you record on each coin. You do not keep a spreadsheet.

Orders, coins sold, and revenue

Count the orders and the coins sold in the period, and the revenue from them.

Coin cost

The cost of each coin sold comes from the purchase price on its record in your inventory.

Fees and margin

See the marketplace fees on the orders. Margin is the revenue less the coin cost and the marketplace fees.

Sell-through

See the share of your published listings that sold, for example 37 of 96 listings.

Days to sell

See the average number of days from when a listing went live to when the coin sold.

By coin category

See coins sold, revenue, and margin over coin cost for each category, such as Morgan dollars or Lincoln cents.

Choose the period and marketplace

Look at the last 30 days, the last 90 days, or the last 12 months, for one marketplace or all.

Only sales that count

Orders that are ready to ship or shipped count. Cancelled orders and cancelled lines do not.

How marketplace performance works

01

Connect eBay

Connect your eBay seller account. List coins from CoinManagerPro, or import the listings you have.

02

Orders come in

CoinManagerPro imports each eBay order with its lines and the marketplace fee.

03

Costs match to coins

Each order line links to the coin it sold, so the coin's cost goes into the margin.

04

Read the report

Open Marketplaces, then Performance. Choose a period and see each marketplace and category.

Know which coins pay on eBay

eBay shows you sales and fees. It does not know what you paid for the coin. CoinManagerPro has both, so the margin is real.

Questions about marketplace performance

Which marketplaces does the report cover?

eBay. The Walmart Marketplace connection is not open to dealers yet. When it opens, Walmart orders show on the same page.

Where does the coin cost come from?

From the purchase price on the coin's record in CoinManagerPro. A coin with no purchase price counts as zero cost, so record your costs for a true margin.

How is sell-through figured?

It is the number of published listings that sold in the period, divided by the listings that were live by the end of the period.

Does the category margin include fees?

No. Margin by category is revenue less coin cost. The marketplace section above it subtracts the fees too.

Who can see the report?

Members with the permissions to view reports and to view coin cost. Other members do not see the figures.
