See the profit on every coin and every channel.
CoinManagerPro reports revenue, profit, units sold, and inventory value from the sales and costs you already record. Direct sales, eBay, Walmart, and auction results go into the same reports.
Cost and profit show only to owners, admins, and members with permission to see cost.
The Reporting dashboard in CoinManagerPro. Revenue this month is $48,920, profit is $11,384, and 86 coins sold, each up against the same days last month. Inventory value is $612,400 at cost. Revenue by channel shows direct sales, eBay, HiBid, GreatCollections and LiveAuctioneers. Inventory age shows how many coins are in stock for each age range.
What the reports show
Each report has a date range and filters for channel, category, grading service, source, consignor, and contractor.
Profit
Revenue less coin cost, marketplace and auction fees, and operating expenses. A consigned coin costs the consignor's share.
Profit per coin
The Sold items report lists each coin sold with its price, cost, and profit. Sort by any column.
Revenue by channel
Revenue by channel, category, grading service, coin type, source, consignor, or contractor. Returns come off revenue.
Sell-through and slow movers
Units sold against units in stock, with sell-through, days of inventory, best sellers, and slow movers.
Inventory value and age
The coins in stock at cost and at estimate, grouped by how long you have had them.
Operating expenses
Record rent, show fees, insurance, and other costs, one time or monthly. The profit report takes them off.
Your own dashboard
Add, remove, resize, and reorder widgets. Each member saves a layout, and each role starts with a default.
CSV export and print
Export each report as CSV for your accountant, or print it.
How the reports get their numbers
01
Record cost when you buy
Enter the cost on the coin, or record a purchase. CoinManagerPro spreads a purchase's cost over its coins.
02
Sell from any channel
Direct invoices, eBay and Walmart orders, and imported auction results each become a sale with a channel and a date.
03
Add your expenses
Enter operating expenses once, or set them to repeat each month.
04
Open the report
Pick the date range and the filters. Compare with the period before and with last year.
Who sees what
Reports follow the member's permissions. A member without cost access sees units, sell-through, and stock age, but no money.
Book a demo- Owners, admins, and members with View cost see revenue, cost, profit, and expenses.
- Members with View reports see units, best sellers, slow movers, and inventory age.
- A member cannot add a money widget to their dashboard without cost access.
- Changing expenses also needs the Manage purchases permission.
Questions about reports
Does profit include eBay and auction fees?
Yes. The profit report takes marketplace and auction fees off revenue, along with coin cost. Operating expenses come off when the report is not filtered to one channel or group.
How is the cost of a consigned coin counted?
At the consignor's share of the sale. You can also group revenue and profit by consignor.
Do returns change the reports?
Yes. A return comes off revenue, units, and cost on the day of the return.
Can I see which channel makes the most money?
Yes. The revenue report groups by channel: direct sales, eBay, Walmart, HiBid, LiveAuctioneers, GreatCollections, and the other auction platforms you import results from.
Can my accountant get the data?
Yes. Every report exports as CSV. You can also print a report.
Can staff see the reports without seeing cost?
Yes. A member with View reports but without View cost sees units sold, sell-through, best sellers, slow movers, and inventory age.
