Connect your eBay account

Connect eBay to list coins, keep stock in sync and import orders.

Connect eBay

1. Go to eBay and Walmart.
2. Click "Connect eBay".
3. Sign in to your eBay seller account and allow CoinManagerPro to use it.
4. eBay sends you back to CoinManagerPro. The eBay card shows "Connected" and the account name.

If eBay shows an error, or you did not allow the access, click "Start again".

Finish the eBay setup

Listings cannot go live until the setup is complete. The card lists what is missing under "Finish setup to put listings live". Every eBay listing needs:

• A "Shipping policy".
• A "Payment policy".
• A "Return policy".
• A "Ship-from location".

Do these steps in the "eBay listing setup" part of the card:

1. If the account does not use business policies, click "Turn on business policies". eBay can take up to a day to show them.
2. If a policy is missing, click "Create policies". Enter the shipping service, the flat cost, the handling time and the return terms. Then click "Create policies" in the dialog. Or click "Open eBay business policies" to make them on eBay.
3. Choose a policy in each of the three lists. Click "Load policies again" if a new policy does not show.
4. Choose a "Ship-from location", or click "Create location" to add one. eBay shows buyers where the coin ships from. The street address stays private.
5. Click "Save eBay setup".

The card then shows "Setup is complete. Listings can go live."

Settings

• "List new coins" lists each coin you add on eBay, priced from its value. Set a "Minimum price to list" if you want one.
• "Price vs. recommended price" adds or takes off a percent. Use 10 to list 10% over the recommended price.

Click "Save settings".

When the connection stops

The card shows "Connection lost" when eBay stops the sign-in. Click "Connect again" and sign in.

Disconnect

Click "Disconnect". CoinManagerPro takes your live eBay listings down first, so a coin cannot sell twice. Orders stop importing.
