Use the home page

The home page is the first page after you sign in. It shows your business at a glance. A section with nothing to show stays hidden. When you sell at auction, the auctions come first. Otherwise this month's sales come first.

Ask the assistant

Type a question in the box at the top and press Enter. The answer opens on the Chat page. The buttons under the box are saved prompts. Click one to ask it.

Needs attention

This section lists the work that needs action, with a count for each item. Click an item to open the records. The items include:

• "Overdue invoices" and "Owed to consignors".
• "Memos past due" and "Checkouts past due".
• "Access requests".
• "Lots not ready for sale" and "Auction results to review".
• "Price alerts".

When nothing needs action, the section says "Nothing needs action now."

Auctions

This section shows your next sale and the lots that close today, with the current bid of each lot.

Sales this month

The section title is the name of the month and the words so far. It shows "Sales", "Gross profit", "Coins sold" and "Collected" for the month to date. Under "Collected", the section shows the amount that is not paid.

Stock

• "Coins in stock": the coins you have now. Click it to open Coins.
• "Cost", "Estimated value" and "Unrealized gain": the totals for the coins in stock. The cost shows only to members who can see costs.
• "Time in stock": a bar that shows how long your coins have been in stock. Click "Show amounts" to see the coins and the cost in each age group.
• "Valuation report" opens the report of the value of your stock.

When you have no coins

The page shows "Add coins to see your business here", with "Add coin" and "Import a CSV".
