Import your eBay listings

Use the import when you have listings on eBay that you did not make in CoinManagerPro. The import does not change anything on eBay.

Before you start

Connect eBay first. The import reads the listings of the connected seller account.

Import the listings

1. Go to Listings.
2. Click "Import eBay listings".
3. Wait for the import to finish. The page shows how many listings are done. You can leave the page while it runs.

The import reads each active fixed-price listing:

• When a coin in CoinManagerPro has the same SKU as the listing, the listing links to that coin.
• When no coin has that SKU, the import makes a new coin from the listing, with its title, price, quantity and photos.
• Listings that you made in CoinManagerPro do not change.

The import skips auction-style listings and listings with variations.

When the import finishes, the page shows a result: the listings imported, the listings linked to coins, and the new coins. Click the X to close the result.

You can run the import again at any time. It adds new eBay listings and updates the listings that it imported before. Listings that are not active on eBay now are marked ended.

After the import

Imported listings sync the same as listings made in CoinManagerPro:

• When a coin sells in CoinManagerPro or on another channel, the eBay quantity goes down.
• When you change the stock of a coin, the eBay quantity changes.
• eBay orders import and take the coins out of stock.

The listing has its own price. A change to the coin's value does not change the eBay price. To change the eBay price, use "Change price" or "Edit" on Listings. When you change a price in eBay Seller Hub, run the import again to bring the new price into CoinManagerPro.

When the stock differs

Sometimes a coin already in CoinManagerPro has a different quantity than its eBay listing. The import does not guess which quantity is correct. The listing shows "Stock differs" and its sync stops until you choose:

• "Use eBay quantity" sets the coin's stock in CoinManagerPro to the eBay quantity.
• "Use CoinManagerPro quantity" sends the coin's stock to eBay. When CoinManagerPro has 0 of the coin, this ends the eBay listing. The app asks you before it ends a listing.

When several listings differ, use "Use eBay quantity for all" or "Use CoinManagerPro quantity for all".

When the import stops

The page shows "The eBay listing import stopped." with the reason. When eBay rejected the sign-in, go to eBay and Walmart and click "Connect again". Then run the import again. For other errors, send the message to support@coinmanagerpro.com.
