Print coin labels

See the label templates

Go to Labels. You need the "Edit coins" or "Manage settings" permission. With "Edit coins" only, you can see the templates but not change them.

Make a label template

You need the "Manage settings" permission. You also need it to edit or delete a template.

  1. Go to Labels.
  2. Click "New template".
  3. Enter the "Name".
  4. Select the "Size". The list has Dymo, Zebra and Rollo rolls, 2x2 holder labels, slab labels and Avery sheets. For other labels, select "Custom size, roll printer" or "Custom size, label sheet" and enter the size in inches.
  5. In "Fields", select the fields to print: "SKU", "Lot number", "Title", "Year, mint mark, and denomination", "Grade and grading service", "Cert number", "Price", "Cost code" and "Location".
  6. In "Code", select "Barcode (Code 128) with the SKU", "QR code with the coin link", "QR code and barcode" or "No code".
  7. Optional: set the "Text size (pt)". Turn on "Default template" to select this template first when you print.
  8. Click "Save template".

The "Preview" shows the label. Gray boxes show where the codes print.
