Let consignors check their own sales.
Invite a consignor by email. They sign in to a portal with your business name and logo, and see their consignments, each coin's sale price, your commission, and their net.
The portal shows your brand only. In the app it is called the seller portal.
The consignor portal with the dealer's name at the top. Consignor Robert Miller opens Miller estate, part 1: commission 15.0%, sold $48,215.00, commission due $7,232.25, and the consignor's net, $40,982.75, payout not paid yet. Each coin shows its sale price and net, or Available.
What the consignor portal does
Consignors stop calling to ask what sold. They see the same figures as the consignment statement.
Invite by email
Invite a consignor from the consignment page. The email has your business name and logo. The link works one time for seven days.
Sales, commission, and net
For each consignment the consignor sees the commission rate, the total sold, the commission due, their net, and whether the payout is paid.
Their coins only
A consignor sees only their own consignments and coins. Another consignor's coins and every page of your workspace stay closed to them.
No cost or internal data
The portal never shows your cost, cost codes, bids, storage locations, or internal notes.
You choose what they can change
Turn on Edit coin details, Mark coins sold, or Mark coins returned for each person. All three are off until you turn them on.
Every change is recorded
A change made in the portal shows in the coin's history with the name of the person who made it.
Remove access at once
Remove a person's access and they lose it on their next click. Open invitation links stop working.
Your brand
The sign-in page, the portal pages, and the emails show your business name and logo. Portal pages also show your address and contact details.
How the consignor portal works
01
Open the consignment
In Seller portal on the consignment page, click Invite. Type the consignor's email address.
02
Choose what they can do
Leave the portal read-only, or let the consignor edit coin details or mark coins sold or returned.
03
The consignor signs in
The consignor opens the link, makes a password, and sees their consignments under your name.
04
Sales show as they happen
When a consigned coin sells and the invoice is recorded, the sale price, commission, and net show in the portal.
Questions about the consignor portal
Does the portal show the CoinManagerPro name?
No. The portal shows your business name, logo, and contact details. The invitation and password reset emails also have your name.
Do the portal figures match the statement?
Yes. The portal and the consignment statement use the same calculation for each sale: the sale price, less your commission, is the consignor's net.
Can a consignor change prices or see my cost?
No. A consignor can never see your cost or change prices. If you allow it, they can edit coin details such as the title, grade, and cert number.
Can one person consign to more than one dealer?
Yes. A person with portal accounts at two dealers picks the dealer after sign-in. Each dealer sees only their own records.
Is the portal only for consignors?
No. You can also invite contractors you buy from. A contractor sees the purchases you made from them, what you paid, and what you have not paid yet.
Who on my team can invite people?
Members with the Manage settings permission can invite people, change what they can do, and remove access.
