Take card payments on your invoices.
Each invoice gets a pay link. The buyer opens it, sees your invoice, and pays by card on Stripe's or Authorize.net's page. The payment records on the invoice, and the buyer gets a receipt.
Card numbers stay on the processor's page. CoinManagerPro never sees or stores them.
The pay page a buyer opens from a pay link. It shows $3,910.00 due, an Amount to pay field, and a Pay $3,910.00 button in the dealer's color. A note says the buyer enters the card on the page of the payment processor. Under it is invoice #1047 from Emerald City Coins for three coins: $5,910.00 total, $2,000.00 paid, and $3,910.00 due.
What online payments do
Card payments, payments you take another way, and refunds all record on the same invoice.
Stripe or Authorize.net
Set up a Stripe account from CoinManagerPro, and Stripe pays out to your bank account. Or use your own Authorize.net merchant account with your API keys.
A pay link on each invoice
The invoice email carries the pay link and the invoice PDF. You can also copy the link from the invoice and send it in a text or a message.
Cards stay on the processor's page
The buyer types the card on Stripe Checkout or the Authorize.net hosted payment form. CoinManagerPro gets the result of the payment, not the card.
Full or partial payments
Let buyers pay part of the balance, or require the full amount due. The invoice shows Partly paid until the balance is zero.
Receipts by email
The buyer gets a receipt with the invoice PDF after a card payment. For a check, wire, or cash payment you record, you choose whether to send one.
Fraud holds stay pending
An Authorize.net charge held for fraud review shows on the invoice as pending. It counts as paid only when Authorize.net approves it.
Returns and refunds
Record a return on an invoice line. The coin can go back in stock. A refund on a card payment goes back through the processor that took it.
Payments record on their own
CoinManagerPro records a card payment from the processor's signed notice. It also checks open payments with the processor, so a missed notice does not leave an invoice unpaid.
How online payments work
01
Choose your processor
In Settings, set up Stripe or save your Authorize.net keys. Choose whether buyers can pay part of an invoice.
02
Send the invoice
Email the invoice from CoinManagerPro, or copy its pay link. The email has the pay link and the PDF.
03
The buyer pays by card
The buyer sees your branded invoice, enters the amount, and pays on Stripe's or Authorize.net's page.
04
The invoice updates
The payment records on the invoice, the balance goes down, and the buyer gets a receipt.
Questions about online payments
Which payment processors can I use?
Stripe or Authorize.net. With Stripe, you create a Stripe account from CoinManagerPro and Stripe pays out to your bank. With Authorize.net, you use your own merchant account.
Does CoinManagerPro see my buyers' card numbers?
No. The buyer enters the card on Stripe's or Authorize.net's hosted payment page. CoinManagerPro gets whether the payment went through and the amount.
Can a buyer pay part of an invoice?
Yes, if you allow partial payments in Settings. The smallest payment is $0.50. Turn partial payments off to require the full balance.
How do I record a check or a wire?
Record the payment on the invoice with the method, such as check, wire, ACH, cash, Zelle, Venmo, or PayPal. You can email the buyer a receipt.
How do refunds work?
Record a return on the invoice. A refund on a card payment goes back through Stripe or Authorize.net. If a refund fails, the return shows the error and you can send it again. A payment you recorded by hand is marked refunded, and you return the money outside CoinManagerPro.
Is the pay page branded?
Yes. The pay page and the receipt use the business name, logo, address, and color from your invoice template.
