Buy a label for an invoice or an eBay order with your own Shippo or ShipStation account. Choose the insurance and the signature for each package. CoinManagerPro follows the tracking and emails the buyer when the package ships and when it arrives.
You need a Shippo or ShipStation account. Labels are billed to that account.
A paid invoice in CoinManagerPro with its Shipments section and the Buy label and Add tracking buttons. One USPS Priority Mail Express package is in transit, with its tracking number and the last carrier scan. One UPS Next Day Air package was delivered and signed for. Each shipment has a Label link and a Track link. The ship-to address shows at the right.
What shipping in CoinManagerPro does
Each shipment stays on its invoice or order, with the carrier, the tracking number, and the label.
Buy labels with Shippo
Enter the package size and weight, compare the rates, and buy the label. The ship-to address comes from the invoice or the order.
Or send orders to ShipStation
Send an invoice or an eBay order to ShipStation and buy the label there. When ShipStation ships it, the tracking comes back to CoinManagerPro.
Insurance for each package
Use your own shipping insurance policy, the insurance Shippo or ShipStation sells, or UPS and FedEx declared value. CoinManagerPro checks the declared value against your policy's per-package limit.
Signature on delivery
Choose no signature, a signature, or an adult signature for each label.
Tracking on the invoice
CoinManagerPro checks carrier tracking on a schedule. Each shipment shows Shipped, In transit, Delivered, or Problem, with the last carrier scan.
Emails to the buyer
The buyer gets an email with the carrier and a tracking link when the package ships, and another when it is delivered. The emails carry your business name and logo. You can turn each one off.
Alerts for problems
When a carrier reports a problem or returns a package, CoinManagerPro emails you. You choose the address.
Labels you bought somewhere else
Add the carrier and tracking number of a label from the post office or another tool. The buyer gets the shipped email, and the tracking shows on the invoice.
How shipping works

Connect your shipping account
Connect Shippo in Integrations, or save your ShipStation keys in Settings. Choose which one ships your invoices and orders.

Open the invoice or order
The ship-to address is on the invoice or comes with the eBay order. Click Buy label.

Choose the rate and the coverage
Enter the package, the declared value, the insurance, and the signature. Pick a rate and buy the label.

Print and ship
Print the label from the shipment. The buyer gets the tracking email, and the status updates as the carrier scans the package.
Questions about shipping
Which carriers can I use?
The carriers on your Shippo or ShipStation account, such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. CoinManagerPro shows the rates your account returns.
Who pays for the labels?
Labels are bought with your own Shippo or ShipStation account and billed there.
Can I insure coin shipments?
Yes. Use your own policy, such as a dealer shipping policy, or the insurance from Shippo or ShipStation, or UPS and FedEx declared value. Shippo insurance covers up to $10,000 per package. Carrier and label-provider insurance can deny claims for coins and precious metals, so read their terms.
Does the buyer get tracking?
Yes. The buyer gets an email with a tracking link when the package ships, and an email when it is delivered. You can turn off either email in Settings.
Does it work for eBay orders?
Yes. Buy a label for an eBay order the same way. CoinManagerPro sends the tracking number to eBay, and eBay emails the buyer.
Can I ship without a shipping account?
Yes. Ship the package your own way and add the tracking number to the invoice.
