Offer unsold coins again at the right price.

After a results import, each coin that passed and is still in stock shows on one page. CoinManagerPro suggests a start price and a platform for next time, and tells you why.

You check and change every price before the coins go out.

The Unsold coins page in CoinManagerPro with 146 coins. Two are selected for Relist in a platform sale or List on eBay. Each coin shows where it was last offered, its last start price and high bid, how many times it passed, and a start price for next time with the reasons, such as start $1,100.00 on LiveAuctioneers for an 1889-CC Morgan dollar that reached a $1,450 high bid on HiBid.

What the unsold coins page does

A sale of 1,800 lots can leave a few hundred coins unsold. You see them in one list, with their history, instead of in each sale.

Each coin's auction history

See where each coin was last offered, its last start price and high bid, how many times it passed in a row, and how many times you relisted it.

A start price for next time

The suggestion starts from the last start price and takes 10% off for each pass in a row, up to 30%. The reasons show under the price.

Bids count

When bidding reached a high bid, the suggestion is 80% of that bid. When the coin sold before, it is never above half of that hammer price.

The platform that sells

CoinManagerPro suggests the platform with your best sell-through, from at least 5 results, and not the platform where the coin just passed.

Reserve at the cut bid

When the coin has a cut bid, the suggestion tells you to set the reserve there.

Relist in a platform sale

Select coins and choose an open sale. Check each start price, change any of them, and add the coins as lots.

Or list them on eBay

Send the selected coins to eBay with a price for each coin. Publish now or keep them as drafts.

Unpublished coins

Coins that are ready to sell but on no channel show on their own page. Publish them, add them to a sale, or list them from a template.

How relisting works

01

Import the results

A results import records each lot that did not sell. Coins with stock left show on Unsold coins.

02

Read the suggestion

Each coin shows a start price and a platform for next time, with the reasons.

03

Select and choose where

Select coins, then click Relist in a platform sale or List on eBay.

04

Check the prices and offer

Change any price, then click the offer button. The coin's history counts the relist.

Questions about unsold coins

Which coins show on the Unsold coins page?

Coins whose last outside auction lot did not sell, when stock is left. A coin shows here after a results import records its lot as unsold.

How is the start price worked out?

It starts from the last start price, or from 40% of the coin's value when it never had one. It takes 10% off for each pass in a row, up to 30%. A high bid sets it to 80% of that bid. It never goes above half of an earlier hammer price. Then it rounds down to a bidding step.

Do I have to use the suggested price?

No. The suggestion fills in the price. You can change every price before the coins go out.

What is on the Unpublished coins page?

Coins with the Unpublished status: ready to list but on no channel. From there you can publish them, add them to a platform sale, make a catalog or eBay listings from a template, or delete them.

Who can relist coins?

Members with the Manage listings permission.
