Pull the right coins in the order you walk the vault.

Make a picklist from a sale and walk it safe by safe. Scan each coin to pick it. CoinManagerPro shows what is picked, what is missing, and what is left.

You need the "Pick and ship" permission.

An open picklist in CoinManagerPro for invoice 1042: 2 of 4 coins picked. The coins are listed under their location, Main store / Vault / Safe 1 / Shelf A / Box 2 and then Safe 2 / Shelf B / Box 1. Two Saint-Gaudens double eagles are picked. Two Morgan dollars wait with Missing and Pick buttons. At the bottom are the progress bar and a box to scan or type a code.

What picklists do

From a sale or a memo

Make a picklist from a sales invoice, an eBay order, the open lots of a platform sale, or the coins still out on a memo.

From coins you select

Select coins on the Coins page and make a picklist from them, for a show case or a photo session.

In walk order

Lines sort by warehouse, zone, safe, shelf, box, then SKU, under a heading for each place. Shelf 2 comes before shelf 10.

Scan to pick

Scan or type a SKU, a CoinManagerPro label, or an RFID tag, or use the phone camera. The SKU leads each line, so you match it to the holder.

Mark missing coins

When a coin is not in its place, mark it missing and add a note, such as the box was empty.

Complete in one step

On completion, set a new status for the picked coins, move them to a new place, and put the coins that were not found on hold.

Print the list

Print the picklist for staff who pick on paper.

Questions about picklists

Which sales can I make a picklist from?

A sales invoice, an eBay order, a platform sale such as a HiBid or LiveAuctioneers sale, a memo, or any coins you select on the Coins page.

How is the walk order set?

By the location on each coin: warehouse, zone, safe, shelf, and box, then SKU. Numbers sort as numbers. Set up your places on the storage map.

Can I pick on a phone?

Yes. The page works in a phone browser, with large Pick and Missing buttons and a camera scan. A Bluetooth scanner also works.

What happens to coins that were not found?

When you complete the picklist, you can put the coins that were not found on hold.
